Do you have to have built my site?
No. We take on sites built by anyone, including ones we would not have built that way ourselves. We will tell you what we find when we look under the bonnet, but we are not going to hold it hostage.
Is moving my site going to take it offline?
No. We build the copy on our servers first, test it properly, and only switch the domain over once it is confirmed working. Your existing site keeps serving customers right up to the moment we flip it.
What is the difference between the two plans?
Hosting is where your site lives and how fast and safe it stays. Maintenance is that plus somebody actively working on the site each month â updates, security, content changes and accessibility. Maintenance includes the hosting free.
What counts as a content update?
Text changes, new images, swapping out a page, adding staff or products, seasonal adjustments â the ordinary running changes a business needs. If something is genuinely a new build we will scope it separately rather than quietly absorb it.
What if I want to leave?
You take the site with you. It is your code, your domain and your content, and we will hand over a full copy. Nothing is built in a way that only works while we are involved.
Does hosting really affect my rankings?
Yes, though indirectly. Speed and uptime are ranking factors in their own right, and a slow site loses visitors before they engage â which search engines read as a site that did not answer the question.
